• Dental veneers.  This is one of the most versatile solutions we have available to us.  A veneer is a thin shell that is typically made of porcelain or ceramic.  It is placed onto the surface of the tooth, essentially replacing the enamel, and by doing so, it can transform the appearance of each tooth it is placed on.  Veneers depend on your natural teeth for strength and wouldn’t sustain without them, making this solution work when you don’t have significant tooth loss. A veneer can close gaps in between your teeth, cover dark stains, make teeth the same size, turn child-like teeth into ones that are appropriate for your face, and even straighten them.  When you have these goals but need further protect, a dental crown may be used instead since it surrounds the tooth instead of merely sitting on top of it. 
• Dental implants.  If you have lost one or several of your teeth, we can permanently replace them using dental implants.  As a cosmetic dentist, this is a valuable tool because it looks entirely natural and doesn’t depend on any of the surrounding teeth for strength.
